摘要
目的分析不同方法治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法对106例桡骨远端骨折患者,35例进行手法复位,71例采取手术切开钢板固定复位,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果所有创口、骨折均愈合良好,无并发症发生。按Dienst评分标准进行疗效评定,手法复位治疗优良率60.00%,而手术治疗优良率为83.10%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对于桡骨远端骨折,要根据骨折类型及患者的具体情况选择不同的方式进行治疗,才能取得满意的临床效果。
Objective Analyze the different method to treat distal radial fractures of the clinical effect.Methods 106 cases of distal radius fracture patients,35 patients gimmick reset,71 cases take surgical incision and steel plate fixed reset,and compared between the two groups the treatment effect of the patients.Results All wound healing,fracture are good,no complications.According to the standard for the score Dienst curative effect evaluation,Gimmick reset therapy was 60.00%,and surgical treatment was 83.10%,two groups of comparisons has significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion for distal radius fracture,according to the fracture types and the specific condition of patients choose different ways to treatment,can obtain satisfactory clinical effect.
