生殖周期中大鼠输卵管粘膜上皮分泌细胞超微结构的变化 被引量:1

The Ultrastructure Changes of Secretory Cells of the Epithelium of the Mucosa of Rat's Oviducts during the Estrous Cycle

摘要 目的 :探索大鼠输卵管粘膜上皮分泌细胞在生殖周期中超微结构的动态变化。方法 :常规电镜技术处理、观察。结果 :在动情期达功能活跃状态 :细胞器发达 ,分泌颗粒成片 ,充满核上区 ;动情后期细胞器呈减少趋势 ,却未见如灵长类所显示显著的去分化 ;动情间期细胞器进一步减量 ,唯溶酶体和游离核糖体增多。结论 :大鼠输卵管粘膜上皮分泌细胞超微结构在生殖周期中存在周期性变化 ,但未见显著去分化过程。 Objective:The ultrastructural dynamic changes of the secretory cells of the oviductal mucosa were explored in reproductive cycle of the rat.Method:the materials were handled and observed with the technique of routine eletron-microscope.Result:The secretory cells of the oviductal mucosa of the rat showed active functional state in the oestrus:the organelles were plentiful in the cytoplasm,the generous secretory granules were plipe up supernuclear area in the cells.The organelles in the secretory cells decreased gradually in the metaoestrus,but these cells did not show obvious dedefferentiation as they did in primates.Compared with those in metaoestrus,the organelles of the secretory cells decreased further,but the lysosome and free ribonsome increased only in the dioelrus.Conclusion:The ultrastructure of the secretory cells of the oviductal mucosa of the rat possessed the cyclic changes.
