摘要
目的:观察激光治疗老年泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效。方法:应用Nd:YAG激光,在特制的泪道探针的引导下,对80例(84眼)老年患者的泪道阻塞部位进行击射,治疗功率10~15W,结果:随访75例(77眼),平均访期11个月,治愈率为90.7%。结论:激光可替代手术疗法,易被老年患者接受,具有适应证广泛,安全简便,治愈率高,不住院,费用低等优点。
Objective:To observe the effect of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of senile lacrimal passage block.Methods:Nd:YAG laser was used to hit the block with 10~15 W power guided by special lacrimal probes.Results:75 cases(77 eyes)were followed up for the mean 11 mothns.The cure rate was 90.7%.Conclusion:Operation can be replaced by laser which is receptible for sanile patients and has advantages such as wide application,easy and safe performance,high cure rate and low cost without being in a hospital.It provides a new method for senile patients.
