摘要
在 38侧经红色乳胶灌注的成人防腐标本上 ,解剖观测了股外侧皮神经及其营养血管的走行、分布、神经的横径、营养血管的来源、外径及吻合。并在 2侧新鲜标本营养血管内灌注墨汁 ,观测血供范围。结果显示 :股外侧皮神经及营养血管行走于髂髌连线上 ,营养血管来源于旋髂浅动脉、股直肌肌皮动脉、旋股外侧动脉降支的肌皮动脉、股外侧肌肌皮动脉 ,在神经旁相互吻合形成纵向血管网 ,除营养神经外 ,发出 7～ 10支皮支营养神经两侧的皮肤。
The course,distribution,origin,anastomosis and the outer diameter of the nutrient vessels with lateral femoral cutaneous nerve were studied on 38 sides adult cadavers lower limbs perfused with red emulsion.The range of the nurovascular flap were observed on 2 sides fresh adult cadavers lower limbs perfused with Chinese ink.It was concluded that the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and its nutrient vessels descended along line from ilia to patedlla.The vessels origined superficial circumflex iliac artery,muscular cutaneous branches of rectus muscle of thigh and descending branches of lateral circumflex femoral artery and lateral femoral muscule.Meanwhile,a longitadinal anastomosis of nutrient vessels was formed around the lateral femoral nerve and 7～10 cutaneous brancles of nutrient vessels were seated out to supply skin besides nevre.We think that the island flap pedicled with nutrient vessels of the lareral femoral cutaneous nerve could be designed.
