摘要
研制了一种高碱度、低活性、超低氢型烧结焊剂 ,并用该焊剂配合低合金焊丝进行了熔敷金属拉伸、冲击和落锤试验 ,通过分析焊缝金属的金相组织阐明了焊缝金属获得高韧性的机理 。
An agglomerated flux with highbasicity, lowactivity and ultralow diffused hydrogen was prepared, and the tensile test, VCharpy test and dropweight test were practiced for the welding metal deposited by low alloyed wire with the flux. By analyzing microstructure of welding metal, the mechanism that the deposited welding metal reaches high toughness was elucidated. By the measurement of diffused hydrogen content of welding metal and the property of anticold crack in Barton crack test, the flux was evaluated.
