摘要
在叙述全面质量管理和“６σ质量管理”含义的基础上，分析了外资企业质量管理的教育与培训模式，探讨了我国质量管理的教育与培训的发展方向。
Basic contents of total quality control and 6σ quality management are introduced, and quality man- agement education and training models of for advanced foreign capital factories are studied. In the end, the de- veloping tendency of quality management education and training for our county is discussed.
