摘要
通过分析有ＥＲＰ系统存在的问题，提出了并行工程的的企业资源计划思想（ＣＥ－ＥＲＰ，）及其实现原理，集中说明了ＣＥ－ＥＲＰ中主调度过程的Ｐｅｔｒｉ网模型以及过程改变时模型的适应性。
This paper analyzes the problems of the ERP system, and Presents the thought of ERP for Concurrent Engieering(CE - ERP) and rthe analysis of the CE - ERP, and emphases the Petri model of the master schedul- ing procedure in CE - ERP.
