摘要
铁路危险品货站作业工人长期接触有毒有害物质 ,为了解毒物对现场货运工人健康的潜在危害 ,对北京 D货站和上海 T货站货运工人的尿样进行了检测。经 XAD- 2树脂吸附、浓缩尿中相对无极性诱变物质 ,采用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验 (Ames)系统进行测试。试验结果显示 :两货站工人尿浓缩物致突变阳性率均有不同程度的提高 ,在加 S- 9条件下 ,诱导 TA98的回变菌落数均明显增加 ,北京 D货站试验组不加 S- 9时回变菌落数也明显增加 ,说明两货场作业工人尿液中存在直接或间接致突变物 。
The workers in railway dangerous articles transport stations often contacted the toxic agents.In order to find out the potential hazard of the toxic agents to workers,the urine of workers in Beijing D transport station and Shanghai T transport station were examined. XAD\|2 resin was used to absorb and condense the relative nonpolar mutagenic materials in urine and examined their mutagenicity through Ames test.Results showed that the positive rate of the urine condensed of workers in the two transport station increased in different extent.In the condition of S\|9 added,the number of TA98 bacterium increased evidently,and in the absence of S\|9,the number of TA98 bacterium in the D group increased evidently too.The results proved that mutagen existed in the urine of workers in two transport stations directly or indirectly and the health of the workers had been harmed potentially.
