摘要
用淬冷法研究了CaO(20%)对FeO-FeO_(1.5)-SiO_2体系在1300℃下液相区的影响。存在的相用显微检验和X射线衍射技术确定,用化学分析法测定氧化铁和氧化亚铁的含量。将本实验结果与前人发表的信息相结合构筑了CaO(20%)-FeO-FeO_(1.5)-SiO_2体系在1300℃下的平衡相图。此体系的液相区变得比FeO-FeO_(1.5)-SiO_2体系的液相区更大,并且它一直延伸到SiO_2-FeO_(1.5)(20%CaO)边上。
The influence of CaO(20%)on the liquid field of the system FeO-FeO_(1(?)5)-SiO_2 at 1300℃
was investigated with quenching method.The phases present were determined with microscopic
examination and X-ray diffraction techniques.The contents of ferric oxide and ferrous oxide were
determined with chemical analyses.The equilibrium phase diagram of the system CaO(20%)-FeO-
FeO_(1(?)5)-SiO_2 at 1300℃ was constructed by combining this experimental results with the previously
published information.The liquid field in the system becomes wider than that in the system FeO-
FeO_(1(?)5)-SiO_2,and it extends straight up to the side of SiO_2-FeO_(1(?)5)(20% CaO).
