摘要
通过浮选、沉淀、沉降等实验,查明了常与镍离子共存的Mn^(2+),Ca^(2+),Na^+,Cu^(2+),Fe^(2+),SO_4^(2+),Cl^-,CO_3^(2-)等对镍离子浮选的影响和影响机理。指出,电解质对镍离子浮选的影响因捕收剂不同而异;Na^+,Ca^(2+),Mn^(2+)等阳离子因促进沉淀物聚结对丁基黄原酸镍浮选有利,Cu^(2+)与镍离子竞争捕收剂,Fe^(2+)含量超过30ppm时因氧化生成氢氧化铁沉淀产生抑制作用;Cl,SO_4^(2-)对浮选没有影响;CO_3^(2-)将减弱阳离子对丁基黄原酸镍聚沉作用的发挥。
Effects of usually accompanying ions with nickel such as Fe^(2+),Mn^(2+),Ca^(2+)
Na^+,Cu^(2+),SO_4^(2-),Cl^- and CO_3^(2-) on the ion flotation of nickel are investigated
by flotation tests.Also,the mechanism of such flotation is discussed by
measuring the settling rate of precipitate(formed by the reaction between
collector and nickel ion).It is pointed out that the effect of the above electrolytes
on the ion flotation of nickel varies with collectors.The cations such as Na^+,
Ca^(2^+) and Mn^(2+) promote the floatability of Ni-Buthyl Xanthate(Ni-BuX),
because they act to coagulate the colloidal precipitate of Ni-BuX.Cu^(2+) ion has
depressive effect on the recovery of nickel due to the consumption of collector
ion.Fe^(2+) ion depresses Ni-BuX,when containing more than 30 ppm,because it
is oxidized to Fe^(3+) and forms hydrophilic Fe(OH)_3 on the surface of Ni-BuX.
Carbonate ion reduces the recovery of Ni-BuX by reducing its coagulation.
