脑部螺旋CT血管造影的技术探讨和临床应用

摘要 51例病人均采用 PICKER6 0 0 0 CT常规轴位及注射对比剂延时增强 ,并螺旋 CTA原始图像数据采集 ,病人分 A、B、C三组进行研究 ,表明脑部 SCTA采用层厚 3mm,层距 3mm,加薄 INDEX1 .5 mm,MIP重建 ,图像质量均达到 1级 ,大脑中动脉可显示至 4级 ,认为脑部 CTA扫描参数及造影时间的选择很重要 ,它是一种无创伤性检查方法 ,值得推广应用。 cerebral cases were inspected with Picker 6000 CT equipment.The patients were laid on normal axial position and injected with reference agent for delayed intensification. Primary data of cerebral spiral computerized tomography angiography(SCTA) were picked and divided into three groups for images reconstruction and diagnosis.Results showed that the image quality of cerebral SCTA can reach top quality with sharp artery picture of brain when using the following technique:layer thickness 3 mm,distance 3 mm,added index 1.5 mm,MIR reconstruction.The authors concluded that the choice of these parameters are very crucial for appropriate cerebral SCTA,which should be regarded as a very promising non injurious inspection method.
