小青龙汤提取工艺研究

摘要 目的:研究小青龙汤的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法考察诸因素对提取的影响,以提取物中麻黄碱含量和出干膏率为指标。提取物经乙醚脱脂、萃取提取分离麻黄碱,用HPLC法检测结果。结果:对小青龙汤提取效果影响较大的因素依次为:提取次数、提取时间和水用量。结论:以8倍量的水提取1次,煮沸0.5h,提取效果最佳。 Objective: To study the best extraction technology of Xiao Qing Long Tang. Methods. Under the orthogonality test, the ephedrine and extractive rate was used as the index target to study the effects of every extraction factors. First the extraction is de-greased by using aether, and then the ephedrine is obtained by aether as the solvent. The content of ephedrine is determined by the way of HPLC. Results: Factors mainly affecting extraction effect are extraction time, extraction frequency and amount of water. Conclusion: Extraction with 8 times amount of water for 1 times and 0.5h per time is the best extraction technology.
