摘要
本文用真空电弧熔炼法首次制备了 Ce2 Co17-x Alx 化合物 ,利用 X-射线和磁测量手段 ,研究了化合物的结构与内禀磁性。重点讨论了 Al原子在 Co次晶格四个不同晶位择优占位与Co次晶格磁晶各向异性的关系 ,其中 1 8h晶位对 Co次晶格各向异性负贡献起重要作用。
Ce_2Co_17-xAl_x compounds with A1 concentration up to x=5 were prepared by vacuum arc melting. The structure and intrinsic magnetic properties of these compounds were studied by means of X\|ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. Special attention was paid to the relationship between the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of the Co\|sublattice and the preferred site occupation of A1 atoms over the four available crystallographic sites on the Co\|sublattice. The 18 site plays an important role to contribute negatively to the Co\|sublattice anisotropy in R_2Co_17 compounds.
