摘要
介绍了立方氮化硼(cBN)低压合成的最新研究成果,阐述了cBN低压合成的可能性,分析了cBN低压合成中存在的困难及实现低压合成的途径。
The thermodynamical calculation on BN P-T phase diagram and the latest research work haveproved the possibility of synthesizing cubic boron nitride at lower pressure. In this paper,the latest developments of low pressure synthesis of cubic boron nitride are summarized and several ways to realize low pressure synthesis are proposed.
