摘要
研究成功了氧化铝陶瓷基片的水基凝胶法工业化生产技术,其使用权价值经评估为1727.69万元,以该技术为基础,组建成了淄博博航电子陶瓷有限责任公司,注册资金4350万元,现已正式投入生产。3年内将达到年产20万平方米陶瓷基片的生产能力。获得我国1999年度科技型中小企业创新基金第三批支持项目100万元无偿资助、列为即将启动的50项“863”计划重大产业化项目之一。
Commercial production of Alumina ceramic substrate by aqueous gel-casting technology has been started successfully The right of its use is valued at RMB ￥17276900. Based on this new technology ,ZiBo Broham Electronic Ceramics Corp. ,Ltd. has been found with registered capital RMB 43. 5 million,and now it has begun production. The annual production capacity will be 200 thousand square meters of substrate in three years. Recently the company gained RMB￥1 million support under the innovation fund for R&D-oriented medium-and small-size enterprise in the third run of 1999,also it is included in the list of fifty important '863' commercialization projects which will be launched soon.
