摘要
水蒸汽在冷壁面上的结霜现象是制冷、低温领域普遍存在的现象。冷壁面上霜层形成机理的研究是优化换热设备的基础 ,并在航天技术发展中具有十分重要的作用。本文对结霜机理的研究进行了简单的回顾 ,并就霜层物性、霜层生长规律。
