纤维陶粒作为填料在生物滤池中的快速挂膜 被引量:2

FIBER CERAMSITE AS THE FILLER AND ITS RAPID BIOFILM CULTURING IN BIOLOGICAL FILTER

摘要 以小麦秸秆和电厂粉煤灰为主要原料,辅以外加药剂(水泥、石灰、石膏、水玻璃),经混合、成球、陈化和养护工序,制得免烧秸秆-粉煤灰纤维陶粒(简称纤维陶粒),并将其作为曝气生物滤池(BAF)的载体填料进行挂膜启动。试验考察了外加药剂对纤维陶粒比表面积的影响及挂膜过程中COD、氨氮和总磷的去除情况。结果表明,外加药剂对纤维陶粒比表面积的影响主次顺序为:石灰>水玻璃>水泥>石膏;优组合为(质量分数):石灰8%,水玻璃2%,水泥3%,石膏2.5%;在优组合下制得的纤维陶粒的比表面积为7.925 m2/g;挂膜启动后,COD、氨氮和总磷的去除率呈增加趋势,10 d后趋于平稳,平均去除率分别为87.3%、74.64%和80.01%,出水水质良好。 Fiber ceramsite was made from fly ash, wheat straw and admixtures(cement, lime, gypsum and water glass), and after the processes of mix, bailing, aging and maintenance, it was used in the biological aerated filter (BAF) to treat municipal wastewater as the filter material. The effect of admixtures on specific surface area(SSA) of fiber ceramsite and the removal rate of COD NH3-N and TP during biofilm culturing were investigated. The results of orthogonal experiment obtained the primary-secondary influencing factors on fiber ceramsite's SSA, which could be arranged as follows: lime〉water glass〉cement〉〉gypsum, and the optimum combination of these factors: lime 8%, water glass 2%, cement 3%, gypsum 2.5%, under this condition, fiber ceramsite's SSA was 7.925 m2/g.The removal rate of COD, NH3-N and TP all increased gradually during biofilm culturing, and had got a steady tendency 10 days later since the biofllm culturing start-up, and the average removal rate were 87.3%,74.64% and 80.01% respectively. The quality of effluent was satisfactory.
