摘要
本文试图通过对前人土地利用研究文献的分析和比较,对土地利用的空间性进行较为系统性地论述。土地利用的空间性特征有空间尺度性、空间关联性、空间结构性和空间的动态变化等。土地利用的空间性表现为土地利用类型的空间性、土地利用效益的空间性和土地利用功能的空间性。影响土地利用空间性的因素有自然因素、人文因素和交通因素等。目前研究土地利用空间性的方法有景观生态学方法、空间自相关分析和空间动态模拟。
This paper tried to systemically dissertate the spatial attribute of land use with the methods of documentation and comparison analysis.There are four characteristics of land use spatial attribute including spatial scale,spatial association,spatial structure and spatial dynamic.The spatial attribute of land use presents as the land use type spatial feature,the land use benefits and the land use function.The factor effecting on spatial attribute of land use include natural,humantic and traffic ones.At present landscape ecology,spatial autocorrelation and spatial simulation have been used to research the spatial attribute of land use.
