摘要
面对不断增加的就业压力,高校的就业指导工作肩负的任务也越来越艰巨,毕业生人数的激增、劳动力的不平衡流动以及毕业生就业心理不成熟等一系列因素,都为本科生的就业增加了难度。我们应该从根本上加强高校的就业指导工作,积极调整高校人才培养模式,引导学生进行准确的职业定位,培养创业精神,为学生提供全面细致的就业指导服务。
With increasing pressure on employment, the employment guidance becomes more and more difficult in universities. A lot of factors, such as the increasing number of graduates, unbalanced flow of the labor force and graduates＇ psychological immaturity in employment increased the difficulty of university employment for undergraduates. We should strengthen the fundamental and positive ethployment instruction and adjust the university personnel training pattern to guide students to carry on accurate career orientation and foster entrepreneurship, which will provide students with comprehensive and detailed career guidance.
