摘要
As a branch of new technology, phage display technique is applied widely in many research fields and shows great advantage. Peptide libraries and antibody libraries are the two main applications of the technology. It is a powerful tool for cloning of viral gene, mapping and mimotope of antigenic determinant, research and producing of vaccine and antivirus peptide and antibody. The prospect of the technology applied in aquatic animal virology is discussed here. We expect that it may bring profound impacts to aquatic animal virology.
