云南省维西县二道河泥石流灾害防治技术应用及研究 被引量:5

摘要 云南省维西县二道河泥石流至今已有数百年历史 ,近年来 ,随着人类活动对自然环境的破坏加剧 ,生态环境日趋恶化 ,泥石流几乎年年都爆发 ,且次次造成灾害。 2 0世纪 90年代初中期曾进行过治理 ,基本控制了泥石流灾害的漫延和发展。但在二道河泥石流汇入永春河处 ,输砂能力差、堵河严重 ,使排导槽向上游回淤、漫槽形成灾害。本文针对二道河泥石流灾害的特点 ,综合多方面的比选结果 ,采用以V型槽排导为主的最佳续治方案。 Erdaohe debris flow Weixi Yunnan has a history of several hundreds years. Recently,the debris flow happened almost every year, and caused disasters each time, chiefly because of the intense damage of natural environment from human activity.It was remedied in the early and middle of 1990′s, and caused to be controlled. However, since the river beds at the junction of Erdaohe river and Yongchun river is too gentle, the transporting capacity for debris has been inevitably reduced, which results in Yongchun river bed keeping raising continuously. As a result, the debris deposits overflowed and damaged the outlet of the bused on guarding channel. Based on analyzing and comparing the technical feasibility, security, economic reasonability and social environment, this paper derives a conclusion that the best defensive method is with Vshaped discharging channel.
