摘要
基于国家“八五”重点科技攻关研究成果 ,结合当前边坡工程研究现状 ,阐述我国露天矿边坡科学技术研究的新成就及未来发展。其成就的主要特点是将传统追求的“边坡稳定”的单一目标变为“边坡安全可靠”和“经济实效”双重目标 ,从以往静态的、定数的分析方法发展为动态的、不确定性的分析研究方法 ,并引进经济学原理和决策分析理论及融合计算机管理技术 ,使之形成边坡科学研究、设计、生产、管理的一套完整体系。方法新颖 ,更具实用性和可靠性。
This paper presents one of the achievements of high-steep slope stability research in “8·5”national plan of important scientific and technical projects.Its characteristic is that the traditional “single objective” (slope stability) is replaced by “double-objectives” (i.e considering both economic benefit and safety-reliability) based on the engineering optimizing theory and system engineering theory,and that the slope research method is developed from the former static and definite analytical to the dynamic and undeterined analytical by using high-new technique,by introducting economy theory,and the decision-analysis theory and by combining with the computer management technique to make the research,design,production,management to be in a integral system.
