地佐辛对糖尿病患者全麻下行腹部大中型手术血糖的影响 被引量:9

Effects of dezocine on the levels of blood glucose in diabetes mellitus patients undergoing abdominal surgery

摘要 目的探讨地佐辛对糖尿病患者行腹部大中型手术血糖的影响。方法采用双盲、随机和对照的原则,将200例糖尿病手术患者分为2组,实验组(地佐辛组)和对照组(生理盐水组),每组100例。分别在手术前(T0)、手术开始后1 h(T1)、手术开始后2 h(T2)、手术结束时(T3)、术后24 h(T4)、术后48 h(T5)各时间点测定患者的静脉血糖水平。结果实验组的血糖在手术前、后无明显变化(P>0.05),而对照组的血糖明显高于手术前(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛可以加强患者对应激状态的适应性,有利于术后恢复。 Objective To evaluate the effects of dezocine on the levels of serum glucose in diabetes mellitus patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods 200 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were assigned into test group( dezocine group)and control group( NS group)randomly, 100 patients in each group. The levels of serum glucose were monitored and recorded before surgery ( To ) , 1 ( T1 ) and 2 ( T2 ) hours after surgery, at the end of surgery ( T3 ) , 24 ( T4 ) and 48 ( T5 ) hours after surgery. Results In test group, there was no significant difference in serum glucose be- tween preoperation and postoperation ( P 〉 0. 05 ). But in control group, serum glucose in preoperation was higher than postoperation( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dezocine can make the patient's applicability to stress reaction stronger, and it is good for postoperative recovery.
