摘要
根据经济学理论，研究影响测绘生产增长的因素，建立衡量测绘科技作用的教学模型，提出一套测绘科技投入产出的量化指标及其测算方法。
Based upon the economic theory of S/M, this paper researches on the factors affecting the in- creasment of S/M production,establishes the mathematical methods for estimating the functions of S/M science and technology, and puts preliminarily forward a set of quantitative indexes and computing methods.
