摘要
介绍了上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司炼钢厂150 t转炉挡渣工艺。使用挡渣帽和挡渣塞双挡渣并配合下渣检测仪联合使用模式,可以控制钢水回磷质量分数在5×10-6左右;提高出钢口使用寿命,冶炼IF、SPHC和H-235P钢时,出钢口平均使用寿命可以分别达到98、110和117炉;减少每炉下渣量约100 kg,提高了钢水洁净度。
The present paper introduces slag blocking technology of 150 t combined blo wing converter in Meishan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. By use of the slag blocking cap and slag blocking plug simultaneously in combination with adoption of the infrared slag in- spection device the quality fraction of the phosphor pick up in the liquid steel can be con- trolled within 5× 10-6 and the service life of the tapping hole is prolonged as well. In re- fining the steel grades of IF, SPHC and H-235P the average service life of the tapping hole arrives at 98,110 and 117 heats respectively and the slag amount per heat is reduced by 100 kg and the cleanliness of the steel is improved as well.
