摘要
目的了解集中式宣教对病房满意度的影响。方法选择我院2011年1～4月份住院分娩患者与2012年1～4月开展集中式宣教后住院分娩患者的满意度进行分析对比。结果参加集中式宣教的患者对出院满意度影响较未参加集中式宣教者有显著差异。结论集中式宣教对病房满意度具有显著影响。
Objective To understand the centralized education on ward satisfaction. Methods Our hospital from 20111-4 month delivery in hospital patients and2012 1--4 month carried out centralized education delivery in hospital patient satisfaction were analyzed. Results Participation in the centralized mission to discharge patients satisfaction than no participation in the eentralized education bad significant difference. Conclusions Centralized education satisfaction has significant effect on ward satisfaction,
