摘要
目的探讨综合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效观察。方法对临床确诊的192例慢性前列腺炎病人随机分成观察组及对照组,对照组给予选择敏感抗生素1～2周,α1-受体阻滞剂、中药。观察组在此基础上加上热疗、前列腺按摩等物理治疗。两组病人共治疗4周。结果依据CPSI症状评分判定疗效。观察组的总有效率87.8%,对照组总有效率73.4%。结论综合治疗慢性前列腺炎能获得满意的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chronic prostatitis for Synthetical therapy. Methods 192 diagnosed chronic prostatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups：observed group and contrast group. Contrast group was cured with hypersensitive antibiotic forl-2 week, α1acceptor block, traditional Chinese medicine. This elements adds hydrothermal treatment and prostate massage in the observed group. Two group patients were cured after 4 weeks treatment. Results The results of CPSI determined the curative effect. This rate of total availability was 87.8% in the observed group. Other was 73.4% in the contrast group. Conclusions Chronic prostatitis cured by Synthetical therapy will obtain the satisfactory curative effect.
