摘要
对生产生理盐水的压力蒸汽灭茵器在使用过程中产生的裂纹,通过对显微组织、裂纹产生与扩展的特征、裂纹源区及裂纹尖端断裂面及母材的化学成分等分析,断定裂纹因点腐蚀造成应力集中后形成裂纹源并扩展产生应力腐蚀裂纹。
Crack of the pressure steam disinfector making NaCl solution, through study on- microstructure, the emerging of cracks and the property of its expansion, and analysis on chemical composition of the original area, the peak area, cracking area, and the base material of the cracking, it can be drawn that the cracking was caused by the expansion of a cracking source, which resulted from pitting.
