摘要
发展了模拟稀疏液雾燃烧过程的全欧拉模型 ,除了气相各守恒方程在欧拉坐标系下求解外 ,液雾相的质量变化、温度变化以及运动过程也是由欧拉坐标系下的守恒方程描述 ,气相和液雾相可以采用统一的数值求解方法。液雾相按照初始尺寸分组 ,每一组液雾相均由一组守恒方程描述 ,通过求解液雾相的数密度方程 ,可以得到欧拉坐标系下各网格点处某一组液雾相的液滴的质量和温度。
A pure Eulerian model for simulating dilute spray combustion,using unified Eulerian treatment for both gas phase and spray droplets phase,was developed to simulate spray combustion in a sudden expansion combustor.Both gas phase equations and Eulerian spray phase equations are integrated in the computational cell using the upwind scheme to obtain finite difference equations.The gas phase equations are solved using the SIMPLE algorithm,while the spray phase equations are solved in a similar way,but without p v correction.Multiple iterations have been made based on a two way coupling (Eulerian gas Eulerian spray).The numerical modeling of the dilute spray combustion was made in a sudden expansion combustor.The predicted results indicate that smaller (40 μm) spray droplets are preheated and evaporated rapidly,while larger (60 μm,80 μm) spray droplets have slow evaporation rate.
