摘要
女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤是危害妇女健康的严重疾患之一,本文对本市户口1985年死于上述肿瘤者221例进行回顾性调查分析。发现宫颈癌仍居首位,卵巢癌及子宫内膜癌分别居第二、三位。近郊区顺位略有不同。前三位肿瘤之死亡率,城区及近郊区明显高于远郊区。作者强调今后应抓好前三位肿瘤之查治工作,同时应做好良性疾患及癌前期病变的治疗工作。
Malignant tumour of female reproductive system is one of the important risk factors endangering women's health. 221 cases died of malignant tumours of woman reproductive system in Beijing in 1985 were collected and analysed. The cervical carcinoma ranked first and the second was ovarium cancer, the third, uterine cancer. The mortality rates of the three kinds of tumours mentioned above in urban districts and suburbs were apparently higher than those in the rural districts. The authors emphasized that the examination and treatment of these malignant tumouts are very important The attention should also be paid to the treatment of benign tumouts and precancerous lesions in female productive system.
