摘要
:分析了切向燃烧锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的主要原因 ,认为合理配风、调整燃烧是防止高温腐蚀的根本措施 ,着重介绍了新型实用专利水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器的基本原理 。
On the basis of an analysis of the main causes leading to a boiler waterwall high temperature corrosion in a tangentially fired furnace it is concluded that a rational air distribution and proper adjustment of combustion regimes represent the basic measures to prevent the above cited corrosion. The present paper focuses on the fundamentals of a novel utility patent concerning a horizontal dense dilute air pulverized coal burner, which is capable of effectively preventing high temperature corrosion of boiler waterwalls.
