摘要
本文提出用工厂现有的数控钻床经过一些改装,并重新制定专门程序后来代替数控铣床铣削 D114柴油机摇臂座零件。这样既节省了一台价格昂贵的数控铣床,同时为实现数控铣床的单机柔性化提供了借鉴。
This paper suggests that the existing CNC driller of Shanghai Diesel Engine Company Limited be modified and reprogrammed to mill the rocker arm stand of D6114 diesel engine as a miller. These changes not only spare Shanghai Diesel Engine Company Limited buying an expensive CNC miller, but affords useful experience to make the single flexibele CNC machine possible.
