摘要
ITUMTP3协议规定了信令点之间进行消息传递和与此传递有关的功能和过程。通过理论和实践证明 ,由于信令网功能错综复杂以及MTP3协议的一些不完善之处 ,常常会造成信令网的功能异常。例如由于信令链路可利用或不可利用信号未准时到达转换控制过程而造成路由表与实际情况不相条符 ,无意义测试消息或转换命令消息导致正常服务链路故障 ,漏发信令链路不可利用信号致使网络状态和结构得不到及时调整 ,等等。如果对这些问题不予以改进和纠正 ,系统的应用程序在实际运行中就会出现许多问题 ,甚至会严重影响整个交换机程序的正常运行 ,并给系统维护带来一定困难。
ITU MTP3 protocol defines the information transfer between signaling points and the related functions and procedures. Because of the complexity of signaling network functions and the imperfection of MTP3 protocol, signaling network function abnormality may often occur. If these problems are not promoted and corrected, the system application programs may cause problems in real operation, even severely impact the normal operation of the whole switch programs and bring difficulty to system maintenance.
