基于CV分析方法对中国高层次科技人才的特征研究——以“百人计划”“、长江学者”和“杰出青年”为例 被引量:31

摘要 基于科技人才政策研究中应用的工具和方法—即以科技人员的履历(Curriculum Vitae,简称CV)作为数据来源进行分析,对我国目前正在实施的三大高层次科技人才计划入选者的社会特征进行分析研究,包括性别比例,入选年龄,地理位置,职业生涯状况以及相互之间的关联情况的分析等,结果发现:我国高层次科技人才计划的入选者中女性偏少,入选年龄逐渐偏高,出生地以江浙为主,留学国家以美、日、德、英为主,不同人才之间的关联程度较高,马太效应显著。 There is a new method applied in the policy research, of science and technology talents, in which the staff curriculum vitae (CV) has been taken as the analytical data. This paper analyzes the social characteristics of these people chosen as the High Level Science and Technology Talents in China, including gender, age, brith place, career development, and the relationship be- tween them. The results shows that: there are fewer females among them. Their ages are mainly at the high side. Most of them were born in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. The main countries for them to study in are the USA, Germany, Japan, UK, etc. And the Matthew effect is significant.
