摘要
【目的】了解某医院部分科室抗生素应用的合理性,为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考。【方法】随机抽取某医院2010年呼吸科、妇产科、肾病科、普通外科、骨科和消化科6个临床科室的住院患者病历732份,统计抗生素的应用例数、应用天数、平均应用天数、药品消耗总量等进行分析。【结果】某医院抗菌药物的使用率为85.8%,使用较多的为头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类。【结论】我院抗菌药物使用率偏高,存在用药不合理现象,应提倡安全、合理、有效地应用。
[Objective] To understand the usage of antibiotics in six departments of our hospital. [ Methods] A total 732 inpatients history from department of respiratory, obstetrics and Gynecology, Nephrology, General surgery, Orthopaedics and Gastroenterology were selected to analyze the number of cases used antibiotics, days of application, the average days of application and the total amount of drug consumption. [ Results ] The perccntage of antimicrobial application was 85.8%, cephalosporins and quinolones were mostly used. [Conclution]In our hospital, there is a high ratio of application antibiotics. Unreasonable factors exist in different areas. It is advocated to use antibiotics in a safe ,rational and effective way.
