摘要
为了提高轨道车辆使用的无油涡旋空压机圆渐开线参数的测量精度和降低测量难度,文中提出了一种采用牛顿插值多项式拟合两段渐开线曲线,并根据拟合的两段多项式函数和圆渐开线特性求得渐开线曲线的节距、基圆半径和圆心坐标等参数的测量方法。该方法降低了测量点的选择难度,并能有效减少测量和制造误差的影响,测量结果可靠、准确。
In order to improve the measure accurate of the parameters of involute of circle of oil-free scroll compressor which is mounted in rail vehicles and reduce the difficuhy of measure, a Newton interpolation function is used to fit two parts curve of inw)lute of circle. The base radius, center coordinates and other parameters could be obtained acrording to the turves. The measurement and calrulation methods can improve the convenience of measure, and can reduce the arcidental error of manufacturing and measure effectively. The results of measure and ralculate are reliable and accurate.
