摘要
在实验室模拟不同退火温度下分别加Nb、加Ti成分处理的冷轧超深冲IF钢的力学性能及金相组织变化。利用强度示差分析法确定加Nb、加Ti处理的冷轧超深冲IF钢再结晶温度,并经大生产实践验证确认;在此基础上,进一步确定了冷轧超深冲IF钢最优退火温度。
The changes of mechanical properties and microstructure of cold rolled DDQ--IF steel , treatment added with Nb and with Ti, Were simulated in the laboratory under different annealing temperature. By means of differential strength analysis method , DDQ--IF steel recrystallization temperature was determined, and in practice, confirmed by the large--scale production; on this basis, further defined the optimal annealing temperature of DDQ--IF Steel.
