微量铈对银基触点材料组织及性能影响

摘要 研究了添加微量铈(稀土的质量分数〈0.2%)银合金触点材料的显微组织、硬度、弯曲次数等,用扫描电子显微镜观察了材料的显微组织和第二相分布,发现添加质量分数为0.2%微量铈能够细化晶粒,并以固溶或球状第二相形式存在,可以强化合金,有效地延缓了材料的回复与再结晶,使材料的抗拉强度上升,断后延伸率提高,材料延性改善,显微硬度趋于均匀,弯曲次数提高。 Some tests on silver ornamental material are carried out by adding Ce, to research the dependence of hardness on the temperature and degree of deformation. By scanning ~analyzing with the electronic microscope, it is found that the rare earth in small amount has remarkably fined the grains of silver alloy. The Ce is distributed in the alloy in the form of solid solution or spherical second phase depending on its solubility in silver, which can strengthen the alloy and delay its recovery and improve the silver ornamental material s resistance to natural aging softening. The tensile strength raised the rate of extension increase when fractured, micro hardness more uniform, extensibility and bending times improved.
