卵圆孔未闭在隐源性脑梗死发病中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨卵圆孔未闭(PFO)在隐源性脑梗死发病中的作用。方法将268例急性脑梗死患者分为A组(病因明确脑梗死)213例和B组(隐源性脑梗死55例),另设对照组60例。行对比增强TCD检查,比较三组PFO阳性率及分流量。结果 A组、B组及对照组的PFO阳性率分别为26.8%、43.6%及13.3%,B组显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。三组PFO分流量的严重程度比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中B组中重度分流最高,达66.7%。结论 PFO的存在与隐源性脑梗死的发病存在相关性,特别是中重度分流可能导致矛盾性栓塞的发生。
