摘要
植物新品种的特异性、一致性和稳定性(DUS)测试是新品种保护的基础和依据,而DUS测试需要依据测试指南来完成。以国内外638个谷子品种为试材,对其53个性状进行了系统观测,确定了苗期叶片颜色、苗期叶鞘颜色、苗期叶姿等20个必测性状和猫耳叶顶端形状、苗期植株姿态、茎秆支持根颜色等18个补充性状作为谷子测试指南的测试性状;并规定了各测试性状的分级代码和判定标准;确定梁谷、张矮10、豫谷八号等55个品种作为谷子测试指南的标准品种。为我国谷子新品种保护提供了DUS测试的依据。
The testing of distinctness, uniformity and stability （DUS） of new plant varieties was the foundation for new varieties protection, and the guideline was essential for DUS testing. 53 characters of 638 foxtail millet varieties collected from different regions of China and abroad were observed, and 20 characters which must be tested and 18 supplement ones were selected as the tested characters for DUS testing. The grading code and judgment standard of each tested characters were regulated. Fifty-five standard varieties for the conduction of DUS testing were chosen. This guideline provided DUS testing basis for foxtail millet new variety protection.
