摘要
文章对齿带式捡拾收获机捡拾器做了运动学研究分析,得到捡拾弹齿的运动轨迹方程、速度方程,推导出不考虑实际条件和考虑实际条件的捡拾器倾角γ、速比λ的求解公式。
This paper analyzed on toothed belt pickup of rapeseed picking harvester in kinematics.Conducted kinematic analysis,following the results were received that is locus equation of the spring tooth movement,rate equation,solving formula for inclination angle g of picker and speed ratio λ,and according to realy conditions the formula which determined real numerical value of g and λ was derived.The group of formula has important reference value to design and use the picker.
