摘要 目的探讨血浆NT-proBNP浓度变化在慢性心力衰竭患者中的意义。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者65例作为试验组,NYHA分级分为Ⅱ~Ⅳ级,正常对照组21例,测定NT-proBNP血浆浓度。结果各组间NT-proBNP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),NT-proBNP与NYHA分级呈正相关(r=0.509,P<0.01),抗心力衰竭治疗7 d后,与入院时相比各心力衰竭组NT-proBNP明显下降(P<0.01)。结论 NT-proBNP对慢性心力衰竭的诊断、严重程度的判断、疗效判定是一项快速、简便的指标,值得广泛应用于临床心力衰竭患者。 Objective To study the significance of plasma NT-proBNP changes in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 65 cases with chronic heart failure were selected and divided them into Ⅱ -Ⅳ class by NYHA class,21 cases without heart failure were included as the control group. Their NT-proBNP plasma concentrtion ,vere tested. Results The differences of NT-proBNP in different group were significant( P 〈0. 01 ) ; NT-proBNP showed positive correlation with NYHA class ( r = 0. 509, P 〈 0.01 ). After 7 days' anti- heart failure therapy, compared to when admitted to the hospital the NT-proBNP in each NYHA class decreased significantly( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Monitoring NT-proBNP is a quick and easy index for accurate diagnosis,judging the severity and determining the efficacy of chronic heart failure ,which should be widely used in clinical heart failure patients.
