摘要
冠状动脉造影正常胸痛患者的临床表现多种多样,病因复杂,容易误诊。而对于各类胸痛病因分类总结的文献很少,致使临床医师对于胸痛的病因及发病机制缺乏整体认识。现将近几年针对胸痛研究的资料进行总结,并从心源性胸痛、心外病因引起的胸痛以及功能性疾病引起的胸痛等方面进行分析,旨在为临床医师对胸痛患者的诊疗提供思路,避免误诊。
The patients of normal coronary angiography with chest pain present various clinical manifestations with complex causes, and are easily misdiagnosed. There are few articles for summary of chest pain etiology,which results in the lack of overall knowledge for chest pain etiology and pathogenesis of the clinicians. Here is to summarize the research in recent years, and analyze the chest pain caused by cardiac, noncardiac and functional diseases, in order to provide ideas of the diagnosis and treatment and avoid misdiagnosis.
