摘要
近年来,对慢性心力衰竭患者治疗过程中的肾功能改变和慢性肾脏病的心血管并发症有了进一步的认识,心血管疾病和慢性肾脏病之间存在着十分复杂的联系。当两者共存时,除有相同的危险因素外,还发生相互作用,互为因果,产生叠加、放大的病理损害效应,据此提出了心肾综合征。很多调查显示肾功能不全是慢性心力衰竭患者死亡的独立危险因素。
In recent years, a better understanding of renal function during the treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF） and cardiovascular complications of chronic kidney disease have been gained, i. e. complex links exist between cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease. When the two coexist, in addition to shared risk factors, interaction and reinforcement of each other, overlapping and amplified pathological damages occur,whereas the cardiorenal syndrome concept is proposed. Survey shows renal dysfunction is an inde- pendent risk factor for death of CHF patients.
