摘要
天疱疮是一种慢性、复发性、严重性表皮内棘层松解性大疱性皮肤病,好发于中年人,目前尚无根治方法。随着基础医学及临床医学的迅速发展,激素、免疫抑制剂的应用给天疱疮患者带来了希望,但因其各自的局限性,仍未能从根本上扭转病情发展和演变,使得探索治疗新途径、新方法尤显重要。现就天疱疮的治疗及预后予以综述。
Pemphigus is a chronic, recurrent, severe intraepidermal acantholytic loose bullous skin disease, with higher incidence among the middle-aged, so far there is no cure method. Alongwith the rapid development of basic and clinical medicine,the use of hormones and immune inhibitors has brought hopes to the patients, but due to the respective limiatation, fundamental changes of the disease progression and evolution have not been achieved yet, whieh makes it very important to explore new approaches and treatments. Here is to make a review on the treatment and prognosis of pemphigus.
