摘要
在新时期下,传统成人教育管理模式难以满足从业者对教育的个性化需求,为成人教育管理模式的改进埋下伏笔。本文总结了成人教育管理模式,并对主要的成人教育管理模式进行了论述,着重分析了直接型管理模式下成人教育管理存在的优点和缺陷。并在国外经验的基础上对改进成人教育管理模式提出了几点思考。
In the new era, the traditional adult education management model is difficult to meet the individual needs of practitioners in education, paving the way for the adult education model improvements. This paper summarizes the management model of the adult education and adult education management models were discussed, analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of the management of adult education under the direct management mode.
