摘要
在我国新闻出版单位转企改制,推进兼并重组,继而进行集团化建设,打造出版"航母"的大背景下,高校出版社的出路在于走专业化的道路,与出版集团优势互补,共同发展。高校出版社只有适应经济发展的要求,以盈利为目的搞好经营管理,提高成本利润率,扩大市场份额,压缩成本,增强经济实力,不断积累资金,在竞争中不断占领市场,才能得到更大发展。本文以某高校出版社为研究对象,对改制背景下的高校出版社的发展策略进行研究,希望本文的研究可以为我国高校出版行业走出困境作出贡献。
