摘要
本文对海南高校大学生择业行为和择业意向等进行了调查分析,总结了当前大学生择业所呈现的特点。针对大学生择业过程中出现的问题,提出了相应的对策,即加强以"理想信念"为核心的思想政治教育,加强职业生涯规划教育,提高就业工作部门的服务意识,帮助大学生树立正确的、科学的择业观。
In this paper, Hai＇nan university students＇ career behaviors and career intention were investigated and analyzed, the text summarizes the current college students career presented features. Problems in undergraduate career choice, the appropriate countermeasures to strengthen the ideals and beliefs as the core ideological and political education, strengthen the education of career planning, employment sector sense of service, to help students to establish the correct, scientific career outlook.
