摘要
国外的大学素有面向社会开放的历史。大学校园内的各类公共资源对社会公众的开放度极高。反观我国大学校园的开放程度和规模则始终不尽人意。站在社会舞台中心的大学有责任和义务突破"象牙塔"的围墙,服务于社会,积极实现大学开放、资源共享,是我国当代大学履行社会责任的表现和要求。
The foreign university is known as for the history of the open to the society. The various types of public resources within the university campus is the degree of openness of the public is very high. The other hand, the degree of openness and scale of China＇s university campuses is always unsatisfactory. At the university on the social center of the stage wall of the responsibilities and obligations breakthrough ＂ivory tower＂, service to society. Actively pursuing the open sharing of resources, the performance of our contemporary universities fulfill their social responsibilities and requirements.
