摘要
目的总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期护理体会。方法对378例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者进行术前教育、心理护理、术中密切配合，并对并发症及时处理。结果378例患者中，356例（94．2％）手术顺利，15例（4．0％）因出血或胆囊炎症较重而中转开腹，5例（1．3％）术后出现胆漏，2例（0．5％）患者因合并糖尿病而出现感染。结论良好的围手术期护理．是保证腹腔镜胆囊切除术成功的关键。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in perioperation. Methods 378 cases of laparoscopic choleeystectomy were accepted with preoperative education, psychological nursing, close cooperation during operation, and timely treatment of complications. Results There were 356 patients （94.2%） successful surgery from 378 eases, 15 patients （4.0%） laparotomy because of heavy bleeding or eholeeystitis, 5 cases （1.3%） bile leakage in postoperative,2 eases （0.5 %） infection due to diabetes. Conclusion Good perioperative care were the key of success of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
